AN ORGAINIZATIONAL GUIDE FOR GAMIFIED LEARNING – Book Review
Most books on the topic of gamification of learning (including mine own) address processes and/or methods for gamifying a single program.
What Morenus and Kapp have done with this book is to move gamification to a whole new realm, one where gamified learning is not a one-off experience, but an organizational culture. Sure, you still gain insights for gamifying learning, but you also see how one company has successfully spread gamification across their learning platform.
Even if you are a small L&D team, there is much to gain from this book as you aspire to have a more engaged team and organization.
And best of all, this book is a friendly conversation, not a diatribe. You will enjoy reading Morenus’s and Kapp’s insights.
